Tambi\u00e9n apuntan a la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos en la industria alimentaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5508a8f\" data-block-id=\"5508a8f\"><style>.stk-5508a8f{margin-bottom:20px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">El cuidado del medioambiente y los animales son algunas de las razones por las cuales las dietas veganas y vegetarianas se han vuelto m\u00e1s comunes, pero \u00bfsabemos si las prote\u00ednas vegetales son digeridas y asimiladas por el cuerpo humano de la manera correcta?<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-67e14d5\" data-block-id=\"67e14d5\"><style>.stk-67e14d5{margin-bottom:20px !important}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u201cActualmente, existe una b\u00fasqueda de prote\u00ednas alternativas a la l\u00e1ctea o animal. Esto puede tener un gran impacto debido a los altos \u00edndices de hipertensi\u00f3n y diabetes que se registran en Chile y el mundo.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-38629ab\" data-block-id=\"38629ab\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">\u201cActualmente se ha visto una tendencia por consumir productos de origen natural. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 quiere decir esto?<br><br>\u201cLas matrices polim\u00e9ricas pueden ser utilizadas para el dise\u00f1o de nuevos ingredientes para la industria alimentaria, nuevos materiales para la industria de empaques o incluso para aplicaciones en el campo biom\u00e9dico.
